It is preventive and not reactive method.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can apply as \u201c<strong>self-checking<\/strong>\u201d habit of your mind that keeps attention on the task and can help you to pay greater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can also apply to your colleagues with&nbsp;<strong>STOP<\/strong>&nbsp;only.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step is&nbsp;<strong>Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before any decision and actions, avoid&nbsp;impulsive reactions. It can lead to injudicious decisions with unintended consequences. In addition, emotions can play a significant role in decision-making.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEEP IN MIND&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ufeff1. Skill-based errors are sometimes called errors of the hand (not errors of the head) because the intent of the act is correct \u2013 it\u2019s the execution of the act that is incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. It involves cognitive processes that help you to make informed and rational decisions.
