The SAI concept refers to :<br>\ud83d\udc49 Perfect safety documentation: Policy, Manual, Procedures, SOP\u2026<br>\ud83d\udc49 Perfect risks analyses and management of risks based on the 10 key principles of prevention.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Perfect preventives measures with risk elimination.<br>\ud83d\udc49 Perfect human behavior with full compliance to rules and procedures (In this case, the name is ROBOT ..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAD (\u201cSafety As Done)\u201d is the real word application. It means practical, real time activities and how the safety protocols are practically executed in the workplace. The SAD concept refers to :<br>\ud83d\udd0d Execution: Safety procedure during the daily work with variabilities, problem, adaptation, environmental conditions and so on.<br>\ud83d\udd0d Human factors: individual perceptions, decision-making processes, impact of mental conditions (stress&#8230;) physical conditions (age, fatigue, health\u2026) These factors can significantly affect how safety procedures are applied. Individual\u2019s and collectives\u2019 experiences, skills and competences are also key factors.<br>\ud83d\udd0d Communication, understanding within teams and collaboration impact the overall safety performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key question is how to (try) align SAI with SAD. Only few recommendations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Develop clear and practical SOP with the operational persons.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Go on the field to observe, exchange, provide feedback (positive) and improve the SOP<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Develop good practices and transform in standard, again and again.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Review on a regular base the standard.
