They must not only communicate safety requirements verbally but also operationally.<br><br>The key message are:<br>\ud83d\udccc \ud835\udddf\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4 \ud835\uddef\ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude05\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06:&nbsp;wear personal protective equipment, respect of pedestrian path, respect in general with politeness (say Hello !)<br><br>\ud83d\udccc\ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb :&nbsp;be active listener, adopt a just and fair treatment, be transparent with open communication, be accessible and open minded, develop integrity by emphasizing the importance of ethical behavior and adherence to principles.<br><br>\ud83d\udccc \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06 :&nbsp;be predictable with clear and constant decision-making processes, provide positive feedback, be a support for employees, be a solution finder.<br><br>\ud83d\udccc \ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01:&nbsp;give the tone for safety, participate operationally to regular safety meetings, 5min meeting, Gemba walk, observations visits and addressing safety concerns.<br><br>\ud83d\udccc\ud835\udde7\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude04\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude00 :&nbsp;Employees need to trust you and they will trust safety measures&nbsp;in order&nbsp;that everyone will commit and respect safety measures.<br><br>And many others such as visibility, accountability, responsibility, empathy&#8230;<br><br><br>\u27a1\ufe0f But the most important is to align actions (Safety as Done) with safety principles (Safety As Imagined). It means not just talking about safety but actively demonstrating a commitment on the field.
