This common phrase is used in various contexts and off course including safety.
Safety must be operational and managers, front-line managers and supervisors must promote safe practices and behaviors in the field, workplace or any environment. They must not only communicate safety requirements verbally but also operationally.

The key message are:

โžก๏ธ But the most important is to align actions (Safety as Done) with safety principles (Safety As Imagined). It means not just talking about safety but actively demonstrating a commitment on the field. Leader must build a culture of trust.
