Risk assessment: the impossible genesis?
Risk assessment and more generally the risk management described by the ISO 31000 more are pillars of safety management. In the field of cindynics, the risk assessment is part of this "science of danger".
Mainly, risk assessment is a technical analysis with the identification of hazards and dangers, with associated the risk, a rating to define priorities and actions plan toto reduce the risk in order to make it "acceptable".
I will not detail tools and methods because there are millions on the internet, but I would like to shed a different light with the contribution of deficits and cindynical dissonances.
